About the Job
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Tailored Brands Real Estate team as Manager, Stores Facilities MSP/JAB/CORP. This role is responsible for leading proactive store maintenance program for all company stores, developing and managing annual maintenance budgets, maintaining accurate financial forecast of maintenance cost and reports, identifying long term needs of growing store base. This person is also responsible for executing and maintaining a program to effectively manage and respond to emergency situations as required on a 24-hour, 7-day basis. This is a hybrid position based in Houston, Texas or Dublin, CA and reports to the Sr Director of Facilities.
What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities
- Establishes and owns the documentation of store facilities procedures and processes, including a database of historical project costs for future budget considerations
- Responsible for the management of arranging preventive maintenance services such as janitorial, 3rd party cleaning, HVAC, electrical, fire and life safety systems, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within allocated budget.
- Analyze vendor KPI metrics and scorecards and holding vendors accountable for high standards of performance and communicating findings to leadership, to help develop strategies that proactively resolve emerging trends.
- Manage and develop stores facilities team through coaching and development, training, establishment of objectives, communication of policies and rules, and motivation.
- Lead the team in the reporting of metrics and in establishing goals and targets.
- Responsible for implementing new technology to improve controls and streamline processes. Supports the development and implementation of systems and controls to support the business needs and new programs.
- Ensure Company policies and procedures related to physical infrastructure and building operations are accurate, current, and in compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
- Handle ad-hoc facility issues and resolve in a timely manner.

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree Construction sciences, Business, Operations Management or other related fields
- A minimum of 10 years commercial retail facilities maintenance or construction.
- A minimum of 5 years in managing direct reports, preferably in retail maintenance
- Preferred facilities management accreditation (ProFM, RFMP, etc.)
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time, schedules and projects efficiently
- Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
- General knowledge of HVAC, EMS, electrical, plumbing, fire systems maintenance/construction trade & regulations, basic understanding of interpreting blueprints, and schematic drawings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point). Experience with Computerized Stores Facilities Management Technology

- Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates, from the Houston, Texas or Dublin, CA office location

The starting salary for this position is $95,000-$120,000 depending on merit, length of service with the Company, and other factors. We take into consideration an individual’s skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Other compensation may include a 12% Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) bonus paid out according to policy. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
